Routine pregnancy check-ups

We offer regular pregnancy check-ups in accordance with the German maternity guidelines. These examinations include:

• Checking blood pressure, weight and urine.
• Examining your baby's growth and heartbeat.
• Checking your own health and well-being.

We also place great value on information: you receive all the necessary information about your rights as a patient and about further examination options such as first-trimester screening or prenatal diagnostic procedures.

Early pregnancy

A pregnancy is precisely confirmed by determining the hormone level (hCG) and by ultrasound. In this phase we check the position of the gestational sac and the development of the embryo and give you a clear assessment of your pregnancy. We are also there to answer your questions about the first weeks, for example on nutrition and lifestyle.

High-risk pregnancy

A pregnancy can be classified as high-risk due to pre-existing conditions, multiple pregnancies or other factors. In such cases we offer you:

• Detailed risk analysis and individual care.
• More intensive examinations to monitor your health and your baby's development.
• Cooperation with specialists and clinics where necessary.

Our goal is to detect risks early and to ensure that your pregnancy runs as smoothly as possible through targeted measures.

Pregnancy monitoring examinations

Regular check-ups are essential for the health of mother and child. During these appointments we check:

• The baby's development, including size, weight and position.
• The baby's supply through the placenta.
• Your own physical and mental health.

We also advise you on possible complaints such as back pain, nausea or sleeping problems and give you tips on preparing for birth.

Vaginal and abdominal Doppler ultrasound (2D and 3D)

Our high-resolution ultrasound examinations provide precise insights into your baby's development. Doppler technology allows us to measure blood flow in the umbilical cord, the placenta and the baby's organs. 3D ultrasound gives you the opportunity to see realistic images of your baby – a special experience that often creates emotional moments. We perform vaginal ultrasound examinations especially in early pregnancy to check implantation and rule out possible complications.
